Repeat FOI Request Lodged by Lawyer in "Excessive Road Tolls" Case
Wang Yongjie, a lawyer for Shi Junfeng, a Henan man accused by the Henan Zhongyuan Expressway of avoiding 3.68 million yuan in road tolls, lodged a second freedom of information request with the Henan Provincial Development and Reform Commission for 0. information about the nature of agreement that exists between the road toll company and the provincial government.
