The National Development and Reform Commission published data on the fees charged for the transport and distribution of goods across the country between Jan and May this year on their official website earlier today. According to the report, individuals and enterprises were charged a total of 3 trillion yuan, up 18% on the same period last year, for "social distribution" services over the Jan-May period.
