With upcoming celebrations to mark the 60th anniversary of the foundation of People's Republic of China, Beijing police have elevated security in the capital to the highest level possible. The police will conduct strict inspections of all the vehicles, persons and goods that intend to enter Beijing from September 15 to October 8.
