Open Recruitment to Cover All Public Agencies

As of 2012, recruitment by all public agencies at various levels in China will be open to the public, according to a conference held by the Ministry of Human Resource and Social Security(MHRSS). The focus of this year and the following year will be importing a system of open recruitment to all the public agencies at or below county-level.
