Foreign Donations for Qinghai Earthquake reach 32 Billion USD

China has received foreign donations worth 32 billion US dollars from Japan, South Korea, France, America and Norway, according to Jiang Yu, spokeswoman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Responding to a question as to whether the Chinese government will allow the Dalai Lama to visit the disaster area in Qinghai Province, Jiang said, "There are already enough people helping in the disaster area and the supply of goods is abundant."
