Fire in Daofu Started by 6 Year-Old Playing with Matches

Xinhua News Agency learned from the Sichuan Government Information office that the prairie fire on December 5th in Daofu County, Sichuan Province was started by a six year old boy playing with matches. The fire claimed 22 lives. Legal action may be taken against the boy's parents.
